Berglunds has extensive know-how in the area of design and manufacture of welded and machined workshop products. Our design department have large experience and work closely with the manufacturing department to ensure rational production and high quality of the products. We are used to many types of customer relations, ranging from manufacturing according to customer drawings to total responsibility of product development. Design is often carried out according to different codes, for instance 97/23/EC (PED), Swedish pressure vessel code, AD-Merkblatt or ASME VIII div 1. To our assistance we have programs, developed in house and integrated in our CAD/CAM system, for plate spreading. Naturally the CAM system is connected directly to the cutting machine. All this combined with our skilled production staff gives us the possibility to design and produce products of high quality to a competitive price.
